How to use the Goal Planner
The goal planner provides space for 10 goals, start by writing a list of your goals on the 'My Goals' page, big or small.
Take some time to think about the answers to the questions on the Looking Ahead page.
On the Goal Breakdown page start with your most prioritised goal explain the goal in detail and write down key action steps you need to take to reach that goal.
On the Overcoming barriers page think of the obstacles that are in the way of you reaching your goal and what you can do to get over them.
There are two sets of Goal Review pages, fill these in at any time maybe a few weeks after you have started on your action steps and take some time to fill in the answers to the questions on the pages. Allow yourself some time again to make more progress before filling in the second set of Goal Review pages.
Remember to revisit My Goals page Looking Ahead page and the quotes pages every now and then for inspiration.
The above pages are repeated 10 times allowing space for 10 goals.
The last pages are called Looking back, you can visit these pages anytime and answer the questions. We recommend 6-12 months after starting the Goal Planner.
